A Nature Meditation

While in Estepona you may also want to take the family to Selwo Adventura, a popular safari park. In addition to its kid-friendly activities, the park features more than 200 exotic animal species, including the only Asian elephant born in Spain. In addition to providing education on wildlife conservation, Selwo Adventura offers overnight stays to the brave.

Travel to Málaga is easy from London. Several airlines offer reasonably-priced, direct flights in under three hours. Train services from London offer an alternate, scenic route over a couple of days, at pretty much the same cost as flying.

The second example that I will use is one that many of us have experienced. Some of us, and I include myself in this category, can remember being shy and anxious around people from the time we were youngsters. There was never a time when we can recall feeling relaxed. This seems to confirm the nurture side of the argument.

The first example that I will use is that of someone who suffers severe anxiety during a certain situation, such as driving. In some cases, this anxiety is brought on by the fact that this person had a traumatic experience, either recently or as a child, that has caused this person to feel anxious whenever driving. Once the person learns to deal with this traumatic experience and then learns the proper skills to manage the anxiety, then he or she is able to drive while experience little to no anxiety at all.

Many tourists flock to Málaga during the summer season to enjoy the warm and sunny weather, high-end shopping, fiestas and nightlife, but the region also has much to offer travellers preferring to be out in de nature - https://id.gravatar.com/rijalpratama , spotting wildlife and enjoying the great outdoors.

The sound of chirping birds greets you as you slowly float to the surface. The branches dancing in the wind wave «hello». The sounds of insects buzzing and water splashing salute you with a «welcome back friend, you are part of us now».

But, can anxiety be caused by both? The answer is that it most certainly can, and I believe that this is true of almost anything. Whenever there are two sides to an issue, it is rarely true that one side is correct, while the other side is incorrect. Instead, pieces of each are true, and it is up to us to determine which pieces are true in our case. So, for example, take a look at someone who has been shy their whole life, but has also been treated very poorly by his or her parents and other significant figures in his or her own life. These figures are unable to understand the person’s condition, and instead of trying to help this person through the condition, they choose instead to ridicule or tease and taunt the child for being afraid of situations of which most are not. This person’s biological anxiety level, whatever it is, will then obviously be amplified by his or her life’s experiences. The converse is true. Say a person is very shy as a youngster, but instead finds him or herself with parents and other peers who understand the condition and are very encouraging of the child in any attempts he or she makes to overcome his or her anxiety. They are also very supportive and active in helping the child to make friends. This child’s biological anxiety level will then be reduced by his or her life’s experiences. From these examples, to which many of us can relate to varying degrees, it seems that this is a very plausible view of anxiety, or any other mental condition for that matter, that helps to explain how the condition is formed.

Although differences exist, we enable ourselves to find common bonds of life in general. In doing so, we can interrelate with each other and attain goals that apart, are seemingly impossible. In doing so, great undertakings are initiated. We revolutionize our world through interaction and coexistence.

The progress of civilisation, no doubt, is to be measured in proportion to man’s success in meeting the challenges of Nature. But the developments in the fields of industry and technology the hallmarks of his material progress and prosperity are certainly a mixed blessing. Their side effects are surely, though gradually, affecting the environment, which in turn, endangers his very existence. So that is where we are a stage not of mutual existence with the nature but of mutual annihilation.

Even the most minute action creates an affect. In human nature, we attract those that mirror ourselves in small ways. By relating to past and present circumstances, we shape our world of tomorrow. Like clay, we mold ourselves to the structures that be. Perhaps chameleons display the best sense of human nature as they cleverly and instantaneously blend with their surroundings. Not only is this an excellent manuever to avoid danger, it is also a profound way to "fit in" and become one with its immediate environment.

A delicious sleep falls upon you; not really sleep but a half-conscious-half-sleep state, in which the trees, sounds and breeze begin to come inside and mix with all of the thoughts and feelings. It is as if the door of your mind has been opened and all of those conversations, actions and perceptions lying unresolved, floating at various depths in the sea of the mind begin to float upwards and outwards.
